Those are:īe careful with less than reputable mod sites, there's a lot of them out there.Farming Simulator 17 Big Bud Free Download PC game setup in single direct link for Windows. Now with all that being said I think that there are some mods that all players should have, they really complete the experience. But nobody should fault you for waiting till FS19. I think you can play FS17 to its fullest without any of the DLC, if you really want them and you really want to support Giants, they are all great. The Kuhn DLC adds a lot of cool Kuhn equipment, out of all the paid DLC's i probably use this equipment the most, especially for bailing. If you like playing really big American maps you might enjoy this pack, but if you like the smaller European maps you may find most of this equipment too cumbersome to be of any use. The Big Bud DLC adds two Big Bud tractors and a couple really big seaders and cultivators/plows. ![]() The Platnum Edition Add-on adds a new map and a new crop type (sugar cane) this is the beefiest paid DLC they released for the game, it adds a new tractor company (Stara) and a bunch of new equipment for farming Sugar Cane. The ROPA DLC adds a lot of ROPA equipment, mostly used for root crops like potatoes or sugar beets, if you absolutely love growing potatoes then maybe look at this pack, but most of this equipment isn't that much greater then vanilla equipment. I think i read somewhere that most (if not all) the content that was released as paid DLC for FS17 will be built into FS19, i know for sure the platinum edition map "Estancia Lapacho" is one of the starting maps for FS17. While I think all the DLC are great, I dont think any of them are essential or "must have" additions to the game. Between it and the Kuhn equipment, I saved myself about $40000 vs. I have to make a shout-out for the ITRunner mod, too. The sprayers are a decent size for any field. There is a good range of equipment for dealing with grass/hay/silage bales. For crops, good for small to medium-small fields (I wouldn't want to do anything over 4 Ha. ![]() The square baler is great, as is the ability create silage bales from the square bales (there is a separate tool for it). I ended up running uphill and sowing downhill. I used a 250 HP tractor, and it managed 6 MPH downhill, and about 2 MPH uphill. I tested it on field 10 of OakFields Farm (highly recommended if you don't have it!). The drill/cultivator/seeder combo is 4 M, which sounds small, but is actually rather good to use! Note that you really want a 350 HP tractor to pull this thing, as any slight hills and less powerful tractors will slow down significantly. I got the Kuhn pack, and so far liking it more than I thought I might! At this point I only have to assign the tractors to the field and then collect the wrapped bales. I'm also running the auto unloader mod for the baler. If I can figure out a way to automate the gathering of the wrapped bales I'll be in heaven, as it stands I'm picking them up 8 at a time. I'm also using courseplay 5 which is a game changer in itself. I know the hype with the Kuhn pack was the square bale wrapper but the combo round baler is what sold me. The combo baler/wrapper is worth it alone. Thoughts?Įdit: after harvesting 3 fields worth of grass a few times I've broken down and purchased the Kuhn pack. I fully intend on moving into FS19 whenever it releases so I'm happy to keep my initial costs to a minimum if they aren't necessarily worth it. ![]() I'm very new to the entire series/genre so I'm not sure if any is considered essential to the game. I bought the base game but wanted to check about the dlc before picking any up. I have immensely enjoyed it so far and instead of fighting my kids for "a turn" on the switch I picked up a copy for my PC. ![]() I just started playing this game a couple days ago on my Nintendo Switch.
